Got to yell.com and look up dress makers or tailors in your area. Alternatively, got to your local dry-cleaners, they will either have someone in house or know someone who does made to order clothing.

I found this example is a lot of patterns yesterday. As they were all (about 20) the same size, I'd assume they came from the same seamstress. This pattern, Copyright 1969, gives us a lovely sleeveless evening dress with a V-neck with novelty trim, armholes darts and back zip. For variety, they've also added in a Pantdress in a long or short version, along with a little a little empire version dress. All three pattern variations are quite nice.
