Hi Erika, thank you for your question. It actually pushed me to do some thinking. My answer is “Yes, it would go.”
Remember that almost every color goes with silver. And it doesn´t matter if your shiny silver top is an animal print. In fact, being silver makes your animal print less bold and less difficult to style. So a lilac mini skirt will definitely go with your halter top. The only question is, how to glam it up? I imagined that you have a really cute top. I tried to scour the net looking for a silver animal print top (not necessarily halter) and a lilac mini skirt so I could create a sample look. To my surprise, I could hardly find any close look-alike.
And yet, somehow, I managed to put together this look. Note that the skirt isn´t really sexy (as far as my taste) and a little bit brighter than a pure lilac, but this is just to give you an idea....
