This is Kelly at just 17 in 1998, not extended right after finding her large break in 1 of the most successful girl bands ever. Kelly is with her bandmates at the MTV EMAs in Italy. It is a standard Destiny’s Little one starter outfit, as intended by Beyonce’s mum. There was a lot of leather, knee-large boots and midriff bearing in those days!
